Ship Compass Knots/Bends Morse Code Marine VHF

The table belowlist sthe 32 points of a ships compass, with a bearing in degrees for each direction. Trying to navigate on a compass bearing can be unreliable, compass north points to the magnetic north pole, a location which moves slighly each year. Charts usually use the North Geographic pole as their datum. Many compasses can only read reliable to within about 5 degrees.
